Recruitment of advisors

Essential to the TAG mission is the recruitment of Advisors― that is, people with particular expertise and skills who are willing to give up their time for free and help us deliver on our agenda. We already have four highly experienced archaeologists playing this role, but now wish to recruit people from different backgrounds. We are especially looking for volunteers with experience and knowledge of school education, the not-for-profit grant sector, the law, social media, websites, and contemporary worship at the henges.

We don’t expect the role of Advisor to be too onerous, though the extent of involvement is down to the individual. Advisors will certainly be asked to contribute to online sub-committees whenever deemed appropriate and there may be some paperwork to read. Unfortunately, all our roles are unsalaried, but I nonetheless hope this will be an exciting opportunity for some of you. Our Advisors are very much part of the team, and coming on board early in TAG’s development will provide you with the chance to help build our identity and direction of travel.
