Denise has had a varied career moving from nursing – to hospitality – to property development – to marketing and events management, and for the past 17 years her role has been the Marketing and Admissions Manager at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
Her intertest in archaeology was formed when she met and (subsequently) married archaeologist Dr Richard Lee and she now shares his interest in pre-history. Together they have travelled extensively visiting sights from the Tucume Pyramids in Northern Peru – to Çatalhöyük in Turkey -to al-Ayn in Oman. The discovery that there was a site as significant as all these she has visited around the world on her doorstep in Thornborough Henge, inspired her to share her experience in events management and social media with the TAG committee.
