Come and find out more about Thornborough’s remarkable Neolithic and Bronze Age landscape on Saturday 18th July 2026. Join either a morning (10am-2pm) or an afternoon (1pm-5pm) session at West Tanfield Memorial Hall, West Tanfield, North Yorkshire, HG4 5JU. Each session consists of a talk by Dr Jan Harding, offering an overview of Thornborough’s development and use between 4000-1000 BC, followed by an opportunity to handle prehistoric finds from here and elsewhere. You can then drive the short distance to the henge monuments, and in the company of experts, enjoy a guided walk. The event is £5 per person (plus Eventbrite fees).
